UPFOS system tutorial basic 3/7 Warehouse Management

Hello everyone welcome to today's video. In today's tutorial we are going to teach you how to set up warehouse management. Warehouse management controls our products going in and out of our warehouse. Appropriately managing the information in this section is very important because they will be referenced in other functions like purchasing order orders and inventory.

After we log into the UPFOS system, first we're going to see the dashboard. To go to the warehouse management we click the user center at the upper right corner and then go to system settings ->

Warehouse management.

To create a new warehouse we click the add. You must fill in all the inputs marked with red star. Warehouse code and warehouse name, warehouse code is a unique seller defined code for warehouse, warehouse name is a unique seller defined name for the warehouse. Both of them cannot have duplicates. Consigner is the name of the seller.

This is the seller's mobile number. This is the region of the warehouse.

This is the postcode. This is the detailed address.

This is where the goods will be dispatched from. Notes is optional. You can put in some notes for your reference and then click confirm.

I don't have any information input so it's not allowing me to save. I'm just going to close out.

After saving the warehouse we can see that the status of the warehouse is on. You can turn this off. It's going to be disabled.

You confirm. After this warehouse has been disabled you can find it in the deactivated section.

Search. You can find your deactivated warehouse here. You can turn it back on by using the status switch.

We have two buttons in the panel section. We have the edit button where you can edit your warehouse information. You also have the authorize button. The authorized button is only used when the order matching platform warehouse feature is enabled during store integration. This means that you are using the platform-owned warehouse to dispatch your product. In this case the warehouse created on UPFOS is like a virtual warehouse referencing a corresponding platform warehouse so that the information from the platform warehouse can be accessed and received. To establish this connection between the virtual warehouse and the actual platform warehouse this authorized button is used. After we have added the warehouse we can use the matching warehouse tab to set up our matching warehouse rules. Navigate into this tab. In UPFOS system by putting tag on stores and orders you can designate warehouse to specific stores or orders. For example stores with tag A will always use warehouse A. Stores with tag B will always use warehouse B. To set up those rules we are going to do this in the matching warehouse here. Click add rules. You can set the rule status and you can select the warehouse name.

You can select the tag that you want to connect with this warehouse. You can select multiple tags.

If the order matches multiple warehouses the priority is going to tell you which warehouse is going to match with that order. The warehouse with the higher priority is going to be matched with that order. The smaller the number the higher the priority. The highest priority is zero. You can put in some notes if you want and click confirm. After you set up the rule it's going to be on this list. We have two buttons in the panel for matching warehouse we have the edit where you can edit the rule. You have the view. You can use the view button to view your rule set up.

Okay that is it for today's video. Thank you very much for watching and we'll see you in the next video, bye!
